Sadly, because many people aren’t taking responsibility for their actions anymore, or make lawsuits their prime occupation, I am forced to bore you with the small print.

By buying any of my products you confirm that you have read the corresponding product info and disclaimers and will assume full responsibility for the proper use of my products and your own actions or non-actions related to the use of my products.

For safety and hygiene reasons I cannot refund any product!

Concerning all Magickal Products:

The law doesn’t see magick as real. So by law I cannot claim any magickal effects of any of my products. I do however reserve my religious right, as a Pagan, a witch and a shaman to believe in and practice magick and all other aspects of my spiritual path.  It is my belief and, I dare say (freedom of speech!) experience that magick is real and it works. Your beliefs, however are entirely yours to choose and I leave it you to make up your mind on whether magick is real. The described properties of my magickal products are the properties that the plants contained are BELIEVED to have, according to magick lore, as listed in hundreds of books and grimoires, both modern and old.

To all Pagans, witches, wizards, shamans, magicians, and all those who do believe in magick as part of their spirituality:
It is one of the principles of magick that the force of a spell has to be greater than the opposing force, which may be an external factor or a resistance within your own mind. Therefore if you do not succeed, you are either up against strong opposition or have subconscious reasons for holding on to the problem. In this case you need to do some soul searching to find any resistance within yourself before repeating the spell / ritual – or in case of major opposition, it may be necessary to continue the ritual for a longer period of time to break down the opposing force bit by bit.

In any case, for the above reasons, I cannot and will not give any guarantee for the magickal effectiveness of the products!

On Crystal Elixirs

Crystal elixirs are vibrational remedies, which are widely recognised. The properties of the crystals listed can be found in many books on crystals, such as the excellent crystal bible “Love is in the Earth” by Melody, which I recommend. The properties and qualities listed for each of the crystals and/or elixirs are the metaphysical, magickal and healing properties the crystals are BELIEVED to have, and the TRADITIONAL USE of those crystals. I will not be held responsible for anybody discontinuing their medication or failing to seek medical advice / treatment. As an intelligent adult, you, the user of my crystal elixirs, will take full responsibility for any decisions you make about your own health care or lack thereof.

Crystal elixirs are not toxic, as they contain mostly water, and only a tiny amount of the mother essence of the particular crystal. As in homeopathic remedies, it is the vibration of the substance, in this case the crystal, rather than the chemical components which are BELIEVED to bring about certain effects. All my crystal essences contain a small amount of alcohol, usually rum, to preserve them. If you have a rum intolerance let me know and I can make you a tailor-made essence!

On Bath Salts

All my bath salts are made with great care and dedication using natural, pure ingredients, such as sea salt, herbs and essential oils. As a trained and certified aromatherapist I am well versed in the use of essential oils. Therefore my bath salts should be safe to be used by healthy persons, whilst being relaxing or gently stimulating. I am fastidious with the preparation of all my magickal potions and lotions, observing proper physical and energetic hygiene. As a trained and certified beauty therapist with over 10 years of experience in my own business, I know very well how to avoid contamination of products.

I have been preparing these bath salts for years, and I, my friends and their kin have used them extensively and with wonderful results. (Please read the Testimonial section for people’s experiences with my bath salts.) I BELIEVE my bath salts are perfectly safe whilst having great magickal power.  To my knowledge nobody who used my bath salts has ever had any adverse reaction – though the love bath salts had some interesting (grin!) “side effects”…

However, as nowadays so many people are suffering from allergies, and may react even to natural herbs and plants, I cannot give any guarantee that this won’t happen to you. I suggest that you don’t use the bath salts if you have allergies, if you disregard this advice, it will be entirely at your own risk!  If you have only one or two allergies you may e-mail me and tell me what you are allergic to and what product you are interested in, then I can let you know whether that product contains your allergen. Still, the risk is yours. I will not be held responsible for any reactions you might have.

Proper dosage: As all my bath salts are very concentrated you need only a very small amount to get the magickal effect: about 1-2 teaspoons to a tub of water. Do not use the whole pack in one go!!! More isn’t always better! A pack should last you for up to 15 baths!

By buying and using magickal bath salts, you, as an intelligent adult will take full responsibility for their proper use.
Needless to say, they are not to be used internally nor on small children or pets, but only on healthy individuals and as described above.
