Hana: Love Bath Salts A friend offered me a bath in Avalon’s magickal love bath salt. I was in the
midst of a painful relationship break-up and she believed this was just what I
needed. She nurturingly created a beautiful experience for me, with candles lit
around the bath and rose petals sprinkled on the surface of hot water.
I was struggling with many resentments and a sense of deep injustice, feelings which coloured my world
black. In fact, I was feeling downright exhausted with “being here”, in this
drama, but didn’t know, rationally, how to escape it.
What I remember as I soaked in the pink coloured water for a while, having “programmed” the salt with my vision
for healing and for a more wholesome future – that in itself being a very
transformative process – was this feeling of not only calm but even a bubbly
sensation of joy inside me, spreading slowly and steadily all over me. It truly
was a feeling of love. I felt loved, by Spirit, by God, by Life, by myself, I
felt in love, with myself, with Life, with my ability to love again…
I laughed, about my capacity to let
go, to release my grief and grudges and chatted with my friend about how
excited I was about the fresh, unforetold possibilities of my new future.
The next day I went about my usual
errands around the town and I just recall the fantastic feeling of the energy
flowing freely and unencumbered through me. I remember bumping into lots of
friends, making some new ones, coming across wonderful things and my mind
filling up with inspired, creative thoughts about my process and new direction.
So the moral of the story is – good
things happen with the magical bath salts, ten out of ten for them!

Charlotte: Shamanic Healing Through this very alternative form of healing I have transformed into a person

JACKIE: Women's Empowerment Course At first I didn't feel I
needed "empowering", I thought I was a strong enough person already,
but I felt compelled to do this course.
This one was different. I
really did feel "Safe" to really let go. (I used to hate that
phrase "safe" environment to heal), but that's how I felt.
It was fun, Avalon's sense of humour
and openness brought laughter, and her honesty was refreshing. It was
very healing, and gave me new skills of self healing.
Clearing my base chakra has brought money
into my life. An accumulation of pennies left in my bank account from my
wages each week, that I had never thought about before, have mounted. Enough to
carry us through a tough time. After the course, I really did feel
EMPOWERED. What I had learnt was, that I had been carrying a great weight
around me from past hurts, now I feel lighter, and even stronger. I
now have new skills to enhance my own healing and strength in my everyday life.
In a nutshell. Great course - everyone should do it, even if you don't think
you need to!
