She is also experienced in the use of magick for healing and
transformation. She is a trained Yoga Master (A.T.T.C. Sivananda Yoga Vedanta
Society) and has taught Yoga for groups and individuals in Hong Kong and Germany.
In the past 25 years she has learned various healing methods, as
well as Yoga and shamanism in different countries, including Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Canada.
She had appearances on Hong Kong TV and radio for her chakra therapy, crystal
therapy and energy healing skills.
She teaches various courses on women’s
empowerment, Shamanism and magick.
Avalon has made it her mission to promote shamanism, magick and
Goddess spirituality in order to help others to empower themselves so they will be able to create a
better life for themselves and their loved ones.
