 Welcome weary traveller to my Oasis of Empowerment & Spiritual Growth via the Sacred Paths of Shamanism, Magick & Yoga  This website is dedicated to the promotion of Shiva Consciousness, Shamanism, Magick and Goddess Spirituality.  Can those paths that seem so different combine? Yes, they do indeed blend beautifully! Because shamanism, Yoga and magick have a common denominator: development of the individual to raise consciousness. Any of these three disciplines, if taken up seriously ultimately leads to the Oneness with All-that-Is. Combine them and you get there ever so much faster! For many years I followed the disciplines of these three diverse paths, sometimes putting more emphasis on Yoga, sometimes more emphasis on shamanism and magick, until one day the unexpected happened: I had the cosmic experience and broke through into super-consciousness! When I was in the bliss of Oneness my greatest wish was to share it with all human beings, and help others reach the Oneness too. This website is my altar on which I lay the offerings of knowledge as prompted by Lord Shiva and the Goddess. May you all benefit from it! CALL TO ALL WHO LOVE LIFE AND THIS PLANET To all who treasure their health and their freedom A very great evil is looming at the horizon and if not stopped it will lead to the deaths of billions of people! Ultimately it will lead to the destruction of nature and most life on this planet. It is called the Codex Alimentarius, a harmless sounding name for a basically illegal piece of legislation that will nonetheless go in effect world wide on 31.12.2009. How come all countries agree with it? They don't but we are all being forced into compliance by the World Trade Organisation through crippling sanctions. Who is behind Codex Alimentarius? The pharmaceutical industry and various other groups (as shown in the documentaries on the Codex Alimentarius Page). On 31.12.2009 Codex Alimentarius will irrevocable become law and it will be too late! Too late to save your life! Full implementation of Codex will mean: -we lose our health freedom forever, our vitamins, supplements and all our herbs. - we will no longer be able to get organic foods, or in fact any clean foods. - we will be forbidden to grow our own healthy organic vegetables! - all natural healing or alternative therapies of any form - including shamanism will be abolished - all foods will be irradiated and gene manipulated. - all milk and meat will come from livestock that has been injected with growth hormones - deadly toxic pesticides that were banned will be permitted again and poison our irradiated GM vegetables further! - books on herb lore will disappear. Even now some of the medicinal herbs are being re-classified as useless weeds! - juicing will be illegal without a medical license -- God forbid you could heal yourself with those juices and need less drugs! - don't think you can subsist on sprouts then - sprouting will be illegal as well. Besides what will you sprout? GM seeds? Exclusive use of GM crops, plus extensive use of toxic pesticides will lead to the death of bees. Einstein predicted when we lose the bees we have about four more years left until all life is destroyed! No bees, no pollination, good-bye planet Earth! AND THE BEES ARE DYING NOW!!! WAKE UP! Spiritual Information: When I started this website in October 2007 it was with the intention of giving spiritual seekers a roadmap to work towards the Oneness that I too had been striving for so hard for so many years. And though I had received many glimpses of it over the years, it seemed at times forever unattainable. Little did I know when I originally wrote about the "Journey to Oneness" that I was actually very close to that Oneness and would soon have the Cosmic Experience first hand, and that this time I would not just get a glimpse of it but would immerse myself completely in the Ocean of Consciousness which is Shiva On 4 January 2008 I attained that blessed state in which all is one and there is nothing but the One. Though this experience has been called by many names, such as self-realisation, cosmic experience, enlightenment, liberation, I prefer to call it self-realisation as this term describes it best, though it was definitely both liberating and enlightening. It completely changed my life! I was so blown away by the experience, which was repeated on 6 January 2008 that I cared little for material things. All I wanted was to be immersed in the bliss of Shiva. What followed in the wake of that explosion of consciousness, was both the most wonderful and the most horrible time of my life. Getting used to such an elevated state of consciousness and still coping with material reality was already enough of a challenge in itself, but the full rising of the Kundalini also triggered a cathartic karmic purging and a chain of extreme events that plunged me and my loved ones into total chaos -- and this lasted for months and is still not completely over now. Hence, I didn’t work on this website at all for nearly eight months. Once things got a little better I didn’t know where to begin. Should I first write on shamanism, Yoga or about the Goddess and magick? My mind was full of ideas but I felt totally overwhelmed by the magnitude of the project, by the amount of information and material I would have to add. And worse, I realised that I would also have to write about personal things, which was something I really dreaded. On the bright side, I know now from first hand experience how to get to the Oneness, to self-realisation, to Shiva consciousness. I know my purpose in this life and what I am here to do. And, I will be a better teacher, and a better healer for it! When I was in the Oneness and in communion with Shiva He told me one thing to beware of: “Never play small again!” I thought that was fairly easy, but it turned out to be quite hard! I am by nature a private person, and keep my deep experiences to myself. I don’t like to be in the lamplight but rather stay in the shadows, observing, like my power animal the panther. So I procrastinated writing what I knew I needed to write, until a good friend of mine said to me the other day: “Avalon, you are still playing small. You got to get yourself out there!” And with a shock I realised she was right! So now I am going to do the scariest thing I have ever done. And that means something, because I have jumped out of airplanes at 10,000 feet, I faced death several times, I walked without weapons in the wilderness where lions and wild animals prowled, ingested poisonous power plants and stayed in the forest alone at night in total darkness - but nothing has ever scared me as much as this: To write about myself, my path, my personal experiences! But as it is Lord Shiva’s wish, I shall do so now! I am going to take the leap of faith, and write what I have been told to write, and share some of my really personal experiences with you in the hope that it will help and inspire you, so that you too may attain liberation and experience the bliss of Oneness.
